With its hero herb rosemary, the Stansie dip mix Remember Me adds delicious flavour to a simple buttery biscuit recipe. This easy treat goes well with a cup of tea or coffee, or you might want to pop a couple into the daily lunchbox.
It doesn’t take too long to prepare, so check out our recipe below.
150g/5oz butter (you will need a little more to grease baking sheets)
1 tablespoon of Remember Me mix
170g/6oz self-raising flour
Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. Cream the butter and sugar together, add the egg and beat. Sift the flour and Remember Me into the bowl. Mix together.
Grease two baking trays and put spoonfuls of the mixture onto the tray and flatten slightly with a fork (dipped in flour so it doesn’t stick to the mixture). Makes about 30 biscuits. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
